As the season shifts and nature begins to rise, bloom, and expand, we’re invited to do the same.In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is governed by the Wood element - the energy of growth, vision, momentum, and fresh beginnings. When Wood energy flows freely, we feel inspired and spacious. When it becomes stuck, it can show up as frustration, tightness, and long-held tension - especially in the neck, shoulders, and chest.
Join us for a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga experience designed to gently release accumulated tension from these areas while supporting the body’s natural springtime renewal.
Through long-held, functional Yin postures, mindful breathwork, and grounding meditation, we’ll:
• Soften and unwind the neck and shoulders
• Create space across the chest and heart center
• Support Liver & Gallbladder meridians (Wood element pathways)
• Regulate the nervous system
• Invite clarity, vision, and emotional reset
Expect a slow, supportive atmosphere with options for all bodies. This is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner sense of direction as the light returns.
