Chronic stress affects almost every system in the body, weakening immunity, fuelling inflammation, and leaving us feeling foggy, anxious, achy and emotionally off balance. But small, mindful practices can help you rest.
During this session, you'll learn morning routines designed to build resilience, using Breathwork, Havening Techniques and Trauma Tapping, so you can start your day feeling grounded, calm and energised.
Soul Food - Enjoy nourishing with hot lunch prepared by Paula: start with a freshly pressed juice, coconut, almond & adaptogenic mushroom power ball, followed by South Indian Parsnip & Coconut Dahl with pickled pink onion, coriander chutney & naan (DF/GF), finished with a cherry & cacao brownie for an afternoon boost. Tea and Coffee (with dairy or oat milk) available throughout the day.
