About this Event
On 4 October, we specifically invite all trans women, trans men, non-binary people, genderqueer folk and anyone else on their gender journey to come to a free training session. All levels of experience are welcome – join us whether you are a beginner or an experienced player.
The aim is to get together, meet new people and have fun while shooting some hoops! It will also be an opportunity to learn more about our club and our regular training sessions.
The London Cruisers is a queer basketball club run by and for LGBTIQ+ women, non-binary people and trans people of all genders.

There are no costs - the session is free! We will also provide balls, bibs, a first-aid kit and basic training equipment.
Our coach Vân (she/they) will lead the training. It will be a friendly and supportive space to play, learn, and connect. For any questions, please feel free to contact Vân at [email protected].
While the session is centred on trans and non-binary players, some cis people may also attend and help organise the training.
