Free APAP Showcase: Syndee Winters Sings Lena Horne

Hey Friends and Supporters in NYC,

The New Year is underway and that means it’s almost time for the annual APAP Conference.

For those of you that don’t know, APAP stands for Association of Performing Arts Professionals. They host an annual conference in NYC where Music and Arts professionals from around the world come to learn, scout, showcase, and book for the calendars.

At this year’s conference I will be showcasing a mini version of my solo vocal project Lessons From A Lady: Syndee Winters Sings Lena Horne. This free “mini show” draws from the original 90-minute performance that I produced to celebrate the life and music of Ms. Horne. It honors traditional renditions of her most iconic repertoire and includes contemporary musical arrangements as well as original tunes inspired by Lena.

The APAP Conference is for members-only. However, all of the showcases are free and open to the public.
