This family-friendly event features Mario Quiroz's photographic video essay, "Pupusas, Tamales, and a New Salvadoran American Identity," and folk dances by Grupo Torogoz.Paint a traditional copinol seed pendant, learn about ancient Salvadoran pottery with an archaeologist, and go on a Latin America scavenger hunt. Kids can participate in various interactive activities while savoring Salvadoran cuisine (available for purchase).
