About
We are a team of curious, innovative chefs, who care as much about sustainable, local food systems as we do about shared experiences of laughter, connection and celebration of life.
Come gather over delicious, whimsical food and warm hospitality.
Chef Curro Polo honed his skills at Michelin-starred Mugaritz. He holds a master's from Basque Culinary Center and Harvard in kombucha. He is passionate about sustainable sourcing and collaborations with artists, scientists, and other visionaries.
