Mastering Meditation: 3-Week Thursday Evening Workshop
Our free Mastering Meditation courses and workshops held in Sydney offer practical methods, guidance and inspiration to help you begin or deepen your meditation practice. All you need is the sincerity to try and the determination to practise.
