About this Event
Our kitchen and brewery teamed up to create four unique burgers, each paired with a Paramount BeerWerks (our in-house brewery) beer designed to complement every bite. Each pairing highlights bold flavors and perfect balance between food and beer.
Order when you get here, pairing is $35 for 4 gourmet sliders made with Boulder Valley Beef and served on a Harvest Moon Bun - because local food is better. The 4 beers have been selected by the brewers to pair perfectly with every bite. Get your second flight board for only $5!
Featured Pairings:
🍔 The Newben – Like a Reuben, but better. Everything you love about the classic sandwich served on a bun with a burger patty added, paired with Paramount BeerWerks Irish I Was a Redhead (Irish Red Ale).
🍔 Rampart – Inspired by the classic black & blue burger but elevated with garlic aioli and caramelized onions, paired with Paramount BeerWerks Gold’s Lager – the treasure waiting at the end of the rainbow.
🍔 Switchback – A bold combination of burger, cotija cheese, avocado, roasted tomato-jalapeño jam, and diablo jalapeño sauce. Spice in every bite, balanced with 12 Volt Stout to cleanse the palate. 12 Volt Stout is a collaboration beer with Palisade Brewery & Old 121 !!
🍔 Island Shred (Brand New!) – Pineapple, teriyaki, bacon, and pepper jack create a sweet-and-spicy island vibe, paired with Paramount BeerWerks Manny’s Got a Darkside for a rich, smooth finish.
This pairing celebrates St. Patrick’s Day flavors with Irish-inspired beers, golden lagers, and creative takes on classic comfort food.
