On Sunday, December 7, 2025, we’re bringing the global HYROX PFT standard to Woodland Hills. Test your fitness across 4 world-class stations and 500M Runs. Whether you’re training for HYROX Anaheim, chasing a new PR, or simply looking to experience the electric HYROX community, this event is for you.

Check it starts as early as 8:00 AM. Waves begin at 8:15 AM and will launch every 15 minutes.

This unique HYROX PFT is a set series of 4 workouts completed in order with runs inbetwen.

- 50M Sled Push (102kg/152kg)

- 50M Sled Pull (78kg/103kg)
- 500M Run
- 80 M Burpee Broad Jumps
- 500M Run
