Join Brahmanandam Meditation School for a welcoming day of meditation, reflection, discussion, and community connection.This special Winter Solstice gathering will explore practical teachings from the yogic and Vedantic traditions that support a more balanced, meaningful, and conscious way of living.
In yogic philosophy, a “seeker” is simply someone looking for deeper peace, clarity, meaning, and connection in life. Together we will explore four qualities that can help us navigate modern life with more balance, awareness, resilience, and inner calm, through meditation, discussion, and shared experience.
The day is designed to make these ancient teachings accessible and relevant to modern life. Together we will explore qualities and practices that can help cultivate inner calm, clarity, resilience, self-awareness, and connection.
The session includes experiential learning through:
Guided meditation
Group chanting
Open discussion and reflection
Practical philosophy for everyday life
No previous experience with meditation, yoga philosophy, or chanting is required. Everyone is welcome.
Guests are invited to bring a plate to share for a communal lunch.
