Join us on Zoom from anywhere around the world for this empowering four-week virtual series as we explore the unavoidable, but often overlooked, topics of grief, death and dying.

Each week we will explore various aspects of these topics from both a physical and metaphysical perspective.

Amy will share her insightful stories of her experience with grief, death and dying as well as wisdom from angels, guides and departed loved ones.

Week 1 - Grief: What, when, why and how to navigate through it.

Week 2 - Death: What happens, choices for a “good” death.

Week 3 - Dying: The process, best practices for support.

Week 4 - Connecting with departed loved ones.

Each 90 minute gathering concludes with a powerful 30-minute sound healing meditation to integrate and enhance the focus of the class while held within a safe and compassionate circle. Amy combines her angelic voice with her choir of crystal bowls for a truly transcendent experience.
