Founder Conversations at The Spark

We're bringing a new regular session to The Spark community - a monthly space for founders to step back from the day-to-day and think more clearly about where they're taking their business.

Founder Conversations is hosted by Anna Lundberg - business mentor, coach, and founder of One Step Outside. Anna spent a decade at P&G before building her own independent business, and now works with founders and leadership teams who know something needs to change about how they're working - but can't quite name what. She's the host of the Reimagining Success podcast and author of two books on building a business on your own terms.

Sessions run on the third Thursday of the month, 6.30-8pm, with a break over the summer. No slides, no pitching - just a short provocation to open the thinking, some space to reflect, and an honest conversation with other founders navigating the same questions.
