About this Event
F O U N D A T I O N S is an all-levels yoga experience hosted by ALIVE and taught by Karly Ann, designed to help you build (or rebuild) a strong, embodied yoga practice from the ground up.
In this workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of breath, energetic alignment, and yogic philosophy, learning how and why these elements support your movement on and off the mat. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner ready to reconnect with the basics, this space is intentionally created to meet you where you are.
You’ll leave feeling empowered, confident, and self-directed—with practical tools to take ownership of your body, modify with intention, and move with clarity in any yoga class you step into.

Taught and Facilitated by Karly Ann: Karly Ann brings over 20 years of lived experience and practice in yoga, embodiment, spirituality, and intuitive work. Her offerings blend movement, breath, and energetic awareness to help people feel grounded, confident, and at home in their bodies.
As an experienced intuitive coach, Karly is known for creating spaces that feel safe, attuned, and deeply supportive — guiding participants to access their own inner wisdom rather than seeking answers outside themselves.
Her approach is both soulful and grounded, weaving ancient practices with modern nervous-system awareness to create experiences that are accessible, intentional, and transformative.
