Join us for the Foundation & Renewal Workshop — a reset for balance, posture, and ease from the ground up.
Your feet are the foundation of your body’s movement. In this workshop led by Nicole McClendon (E-RYT 500, Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ Teacher, YACEP), we’ll explore how foot mechanics, sensory input, and fascial connections shape balance, posture, and movement efficiency—from the ground up.
Through a blend of gentle functional movement, self-myofascial release, and awareness-based practices, you’ll learn how the feet communicate with the ankles, knees, hips, and spine through fascial lines. We’ll address common patterns like collapsed arches, rigid or restricted feet, plantar tension, and balance instability, then explore simple, effective strategies to restore adaptability and support.
