Join us to celebrate the public art event of the year!We’re bringing WA’s vibrant public art scene together under one roof- a celebration of the bold, the brilliant, and the beautifully unconventional. This year’s carefully curated lineup showcases 30 of the state’s most accomplished street, graffiti, and public artists in an immersive, one-weekend-only experience.
What is Found?
As artists who work in the public arena, we often find ourselves applying our art to imperfect surfaces; across drain pipes, in busy pedestrian walkways, and hard to reach places. All the while executing it with a considered precision. The experience has additional difficulties in comparison to working on a crisp, clean canvas outside of the scrutiny of the public eye.
Public artists hold the power to influence the social and cultural understanding of often disengaged spaces. We represent our community values, and work to foster social connection and community development through our practice. We find inspiration in what's already there, often recontextualising existing infrastructure and environments, to provide new meaning, increase social and cultural awareness and literacy in the arts.
We take this concept and apply it to a studio approach, each artist will be using found objects or surfaces in their works.
And so, we present Found. An exhibition highlighting a collection of some of WA's most seasoned public, street and graffiti artists, doing exactly what they do best.

Found is a small artist collective. This ticket income will go towards essential costs such as venue hire, paying our staff and vendors and putting on a bloody good show. We thank you for your support.
