Join Dr. Nathan O'Hara at the Fortuna Aura Healing Sanctuary (inside Midnight Mass Studio - Elite Cosmetology) for an evening of instruction in, and guided practice of, two targeted breathwork routines that with regular practice will rebalance your ANS and thereby improve the functioning of your heart, lungs, and digestive system, increase your vital energy, and build your stamina at work and play.

The breathwork techniques taught in this event are easy and have no contraindications, so all are welcome.
