Old Forts, A Lighthouse on a Hill, an Instagram-worthy Tunnel, a Balinese Garden, Specialty Museums, Sculptures, Beautiful Rivers, Churches, Temples, Colorful Bridges as well as many interesting & funny Street-Art Murals etc. And of course .... FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!
How's that for a lovely, picturesque, historical hike & heritage walk on a lovely morning?
Come, join us as we take you on a 4 in 1 - Historic Parks, Iconic Bridges, Rivers, Food, Murals and Heritage trail that will change your perspective and mindset of our beautiful little island state.
This specially designed trail from our knowledge and experience having walked these historical areas over the last 45 years and seen the many changes will interest those who love to see the old, little known sites of Singapore as well as those who love taking pictures of unique places, architecture, fun murals or like to seek new places to explore that many of your fellow Singaporeans would not know. It is unlike those touristy walks and totally different from what you probably may have done before.
In all, you'll be taken to more than 20 interesting locations & sites and we guarantee you that there'll be some places you would not know existed even as a local. These hidden heritage sites, conservation shops, buildings, temples and museums has a rich history in Singapore's development from a seaport to a global financial centre.
And to add fun and color to this hike, we'll also be introducing you to many lovely street-art paintings at hidden alleys where you can proudly show and share them with your friends on Instagram and Facebook.
For those who love food, pastries and delicacies and those "die-die, must try" hawker-fare and food products to buy and enjoy with your family and friends, we will introduce you these places as well.
And finally after the scenic hike, discovering the lesser known places, it's time for our Brunch or Kopi Kaki time with your hiking friends at the famous Tiong Bahru Food Centre with their mouth-watering local delicacies.
