For all other adverse or inclement weather conditions, the Organizers reserve the right to delay the start time, modify the race route, or cancel the event, without prior notice, should safety considerations require such action.

The safety of all participants and staff remains our top priority.

Cancellation & No Refund Policy:

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to adverse weather, government restrictions, or health emergencies), no refunds will be issued. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
