The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) is organising the annual National Celebration of Seniors (NCOS) at Our Tampines Hub from 9am to 8pm. The is an annual national event centred on celebrating our seniors’ aspirations and strengths. It aims to empower seniors to pursue healthy and meaningful activities regardless of their health and frailty statuses. It is one of this year’s SG60 signature events supported by over 20 agencies. About 3000 seniors are expected to participate.
Seniors National Games 2025
This year in partnership with SportSG NCOS will also host the finals of the inaugural Seniors National Games (SNG). This friendly competition which features the use of adaptive sports has been designed to empower seniors to live better through sport.
