Forming Leaders for Mission - February 9 & 10No matter our profession or state of life, each of us is called to lead in some way—at work, within our families, in the parish, or in the quiet responsibilities of daily life. Leadership is a call from God, and the right knowledge and tools help us answer that call!
As part of our parish’s Shine Initiative, we are pleased to host the Archdiocesan Leadership Training here at Saint Michael. These engaging and informative sessions will equip participants with the skills and confidence to be more effective servant-leaders.
This training is open to all parishioners—especially current ministry leaders, such as coordinators—and to anyone who feels called to serve as a future leader in our community.
