About this Event
Forgiveness is not about forgetting—it’s about releasing the emotional weight that keeps us bound to the past. If you feel ready to lighten the burdens in your heart but don’t know where to begin, this introductory session offers a safe and supportive space to explore what forgiveness means for you.
When we experience trauma, parts of us absorb its full impact. Unable to move forward, they keep reliving elements of that traumatic event, continuously longing for liberation from pain. Even though societal conditioning urges us to “move on,” we cannot force these wounded parts of ourselves to let go of the painful memories and forget what happened.
However, when we offer them compassionate, loving attention—allowing them to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted—the emotional weight of the trauma begins to soften. Through the Forgiveness Ritual, we create an embodied healing experience that helps transform the impact of the past, freeing these parts from the cycle of pain.
In this free introductory session, we will explore the essential elements of healing, the unmet needs of our wounded parts, and how forgiveness can support your heart in releasing the emotions you’ve been carrying.
If you feel called to go deeper, I invite you to experience the Forgiveness Ritual—a series of two private 1-on-1 sessions designed to help you release the emotional weight of past wounds. To learn more, contact Laura at [email protected]
