In this class, participants will be guided in hand-painting Forget-me-Nots on their own jeans. Forget-me-nots are abundant in Alaska and one of the sweetest of flowers, but did you know that forget-me-nots are also associated with Remembrance? Not so much in a bad way but in a good memory, a memory full of love and compassion, a devoted and respectful love. Forget-me-nots are a beautiful metaphor for enduring connections and the undying nature of true feelings!
In this class, participants will be able to decorate their own jeans with this beautiful flower through the use of paint, beading, and/or embroidery.
Suggested for participants 10 plus.
