Event Schedule (Approximate Timing)
? 06:30 PM – Welcome & Networking
- Arrive, purchase drinks and nibbles from the bar on the ground floor.
- Bring them to the event room and enjoy informal networking.
? 07:00 PM – Participant Introductions
- Each participant has 1–2 minutes to introduce themselves.
- Example: “Hi, I’m J-F, a professional with expertise in Public Relations, Catering Consultancy, and Events. I bring people together and make things happen!”
- Keep introductions short and engaging—guests can follow up with questions afterward.
? 07:30 PM – Guest Speaker & Q&A
- Featured talk followed by an interactive Q&A session.
? 08:00 PM – Dinner
- Choose and pay for your meal at the bar in the brasserie on the ground floor.
- Advance booking is required so that tables can be reserved.
- Attendees may stay in the event room or join the group at the bar.
? 09:30 PM – Carriages
- Event wraps up.
