Forestry Ride, 1 of 3, to Vantage, WA & Ginkgo Petrified Forest. Mostly sunny with a slight chance of rain expected in the afternoon so bring some rain clothes if you have them. Temperatures predicted to mid 60’s over by Moses Lake / Othello area.
I have decided to flip the route due to the road congestion for bridge construction on I-90. This means the lunch stop will be a little later in the day than originally planned, so bring some snacks so we don’t get any hangry riders!!!!! Designated stops fuel stops will have options to grab snacks along the way as well. Lunch spot is awesome, yummy food, quick service, Carol, Paula and I were impressed when we ate there on Sunday.
You will need a WA State Park Pass which you can purchase there.
Meeting time 9 am Circle K next to Lone Wolf
KSU at 9:30 sharp.
344 miles ~ 8 hours total with stops.
Ride will end at Lone Wolf ~ 5pm.
