Join Laughing Tree Life for a slow, guided Forest Bathing walk - an immersive, sensory experience in nature designed to calm your nervous system, awaken your spirit and connect you with the more-than-human world.
Through a series of gentle invitations and embodiment practices, we’ll engage our senses, greet the land, and listen for what nature has to say. Who might appear to meet you - and what gift do you bring in return?
This is not a hike and requires no special skills, equipment or experience. Just come as you are. We’ll be outside the entire time, so please dress for the weather.
You may already know that time in nature is good for you. Doctors across the world are now prescribing it for stress, burnout and immune support. But you don’t need a prescription to receive the healing gifts of nature - just your presence.
Items you may wish to bring:
- Sturdy shoes
- Water
- Weather appropriate clothing (will be a mix of sun and shade)
- Sunscreen/insect repellent
