Do I need a ticket?
Yes, every guest requires a ticket. Please bring a printed or mobile copy.
When should I arrive?
Check-in opens at 5:30 PM. Pre-party runs from 6–7 PM. The parade passes Hotel Contessa shortly after 7 PM.
Are seats assigned?
Yes. Guests select their seats when booking. Once purchased, seats cannot be changed.
What’s included with my ticket?
Access to all pre-party activities, reserved river-level seating, indoor lounge access, and hotel restrooms and bars.
Can I bring kids?
Absolutely. Children require their own ticket. The event is family-friendly with crafts, treats, and Santa photos.
Will there be food and drinks?

Where do I park?
Parking at Hotel Contessa is reserved for overnight guests. We recommend rideshare or VIA bus for easy access.
