Join expert forager Sam for a fun morning of discovery in the beautiful Peak District. You’ll explore the wild landscapes, learn to identify and taste incredible seasonal ingredients.
Each season brings something new to discover, so whether you are a first-timer or have joined us before, there is always something different to experience and enjoy. Sam will also share expert, insightful tips and valuable advice to enhance your experience, along with an exciting seasonal recipe for you to try at home.
After your exciting foraging adventure, you will return to Fischer’s to enjoy a delightful two-course lunch with petit fours, carefully crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish will highlight the freshest flavours with an emphasis on foraged foods. Following your meal, you will have a private guided tour of our beautiful grounds and lush kitchen gardens, where our head gardener, Kim Orwin, will share her insights and passion for sustainable gardening. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you learn about the plants that contribute to our farm-to-table philosophy.
£110 per person, includes tea and biscuits on arrival, foraging course, two-course lunch at Fischer's (main and dessert), tea/coffee and garden tour.
