Class 1: A fascinating investigation on your own eating habits. Why are we attached or prefer some foods? What’s the emotional connection? What are the toxic elements that provoke havoc in the brain? The role of gut-brain health and microbiome: Why do I have negative thoughts and what foods shift them? How to break some habits? What labs help detect the inbalances? What's the best diet for each condition? How much and when to eat?
You will receive a food-mood diary and learn to take notes to start noticing how you feel after eating something. You will play detective decoding food package labels. You will get familiar with the the anti-inflammatory options for protein, fat, legumes, dairy, veggies, fruits, nuts, sweeteners and spices. You will learn how to shop and prep the meals that provoke stability even if you dont' know how to cook. We'll team you up with a supportive partner to encourage you during the following week.
