Drawing from two decades of industry experience, Sean Willard combines science, art, data, and industry expertise to Engineer Menus, enabling food businesses to develop and design more effective menus that drive profitability and enhance the guest experience.
FoodLab Chicago has provided technical assistance to 64 food-based businesses for three years. Collectively, these businesses have been awarded more than $6 million in grants and loans.
