Roadshow 3 - Foodcraft
Our third roadshow in collaboration with South East Family Hub is designed to help families develop practical skills and confidence to make healthier food choices at home. Led by a GP, Health and Wellbeing Coach, and other local health professionals, this interactive session will share tips and strategies to build healthy habits, one bite at a time.
