Extend-A-HAND , organizers of the Food Conscious Tour, a community-driven initiative dedicated to nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, and food access to empower communities with healthier options.We are excited to partner with the amazing community organization Dreamers and Achievers non-profit to bring the Food Conscious Tour to Washington, DC.

This tour brings the energy of a block party while providing essential tools and education for community members to make sustainable changes in their food choices. The event will feature nutrition experts, chefs, local organizations, and community leaders who will demonstrate affordable, nutritious meal preparation and discuss how food impacts overall well-being.
