Would you like to be in a supported non-judgemental environment, all whilst gaining clarity on how your nutritional choices may be affecting your mental health, as well as moving in a way that supports your wellbeing?
No fads, quick fixes or false promises, just a non-judgemental space for you to be empowered by knowledge and restored by deep relaxation.

- 45 minute presentation by a Registered Associate Nutritionist
- Q&A
- 45 minutes of a gentle stretch and breath techniques from a complementary therapist and yoga instructor
- Hot chocolate or Herbal tea
- Mental Health Planner
- Some goodies
This workshop is as inclusive as it comes. We don’t require you to have any knowledge in nutrition or yoga, just the willingness to participate.
