In the Flow is our monthly open mic/spoken word gathering where people can bring a song, poem, dance, mime or show some artwork.
About this Event

In the Flow is our monthly open mic/spoken word event where people can bring a song, poem/spoken word, dance, mime or even show and talk about something they have created. You are of course very welcome to pop along and just enjoy the event with no pressure to perform. There will be refreshments at the event and info table if you would like to bring along any business cards/leaflets.

Two types of tickets available £2.50 to help support the event but we also don't want cost to be a barrier so there is a free ticket available also.
