Tues & Thurs:
Come tap into a beginner friendly women’s FLY Yoga Flo wit Kemba Ayana the Gawddyess, as we tune in wit ourselves during a nice, smooth, relaxing & wholistickqxally liberating experience 1hr flo!! It is suggested to refrain from eating heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session. There is a fee of $8.08 per person/single klass (4.04 per person/single klass for Dellwood Residents) [Monthly memberships are available, for more info on monthly memberships kontact us via email @ [email protected]]. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (please only register for klasses if yu are sure yu will attend. If yu miss a klass yu signed up for we will make arrangement for yu to make up the klass)(further arrangements will be made if klass is canceled on my end for any reason).
*There is a specific registration ticket for once a week klasses in the ticket section (separate choice of Tuesday or Thursday) [attendees will have to sign-up for each klass of choice separately]*
