This hour long chat and discussion with Gary Duffy & Hazlett Kerrs will celebrate the beauty and musicality of their respective influences and backgrounds, while advocating the value of maintaining the musical traditions diversity and accessability for all to come. Co Antrim flute player Gary Duffy and Fermanagh born (Belfast based) Bouzouki/Mandola player Hazlett Kerrs have been playing traditional music for many decades. They met each other first at sessions around Belfast, eventually performing together on tour in Switzerland and regularly at various occasions ever since.
Summer School Students can access all Afternoon Events FREE of charge except instrument clinics and the reed making workshop.
