Join us this Tuesday for a FlowShop workshop!
This week we'll feature one of our all time favorite jugglers, Jeremiah Johnston!
*The workshop will run from 6:45 - 8:00pm - Open jam from 8:00 until 8:50!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**Explore Flow Style Juggling:
This accessible class introduces useful training techniques and pathways to help you build strong fundamentals and begin unlocking foundational patterns central to this unconventional style of club juggling. We'll start class by exploring useful and flowing one-club exercises that will become your foundation for countless three-club patterns. Then, we'll examine the Prop Motion Framework as a tool for understanding how our bodies interact with different kinds of tosses and catches. We'll finish class by working with the system I use to break down cascade style patterns (like Flat Fronts, Wall Plane Reverse Cascade, Under-Arm Cascade) and 3-beat patterns (like Kino's, Seb's and Mill's mess).

**About Jeremiah:
