Join Kylie Ignace for a slow flow vinyasa class every Friday at 9 AM upstairs in the beautiful community space at Appalachian Homestead in Wheeling.This class is donation-based, making it accessible to everyone. No experience is needed... just come as you are! 🧘♀️
We’ll move slowly and mindfully through a sequence that helps you stretch, strengthen, and connect to your breath...the perfect way to ease into your weekend.
✨ What to Bring
-Mats are available to borrow (first come, first served)
-You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, props, blanket, or water
-Stay after class to visit the refillery downstairs and stock up on local goodies, cleaning supplies, and pantry items
💛 Donations can be made in cash or Venmo (@kylie-ignace); a portion of all proceeds goes right back to Appalachian Homestead to support their amazing local work.
