Join Louise & Magda for the 6th edition of our much-loved Studland Retreat — a weekend of yoga, meditation, sea dips, nourishing food, and creative rituals, all inspired by the rhythms of the sea.
This year’s theme, “Flow with the Tide,” invites you to move, breathe, eat, and rest with the natural cycles of release and renewal.
