Flow of the Elements: Soundbath & Intuitive Movement

Discover the magic of connecting to your flow state in this immersive workshop. The evening begins with an intuitive movement journey inspired by the essence of the elements—water, fire, air, and earth. When we quiet the mind, our bodies naturally connect to these primal energies, finding joy and release through uninhibited movement.
This practice of intuitive movement allows us to let go of the need to “be someone” and instead simply be. It prepares the body and mind for the soundbath, softening our senses to receive the sound journey with greater ease and openness.
In the soundbath, Jósa will guide you through the sounds of each element as she perceives them, using singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, gongs, and her own voice. This journey is designed to help you release layers of tension and resistance, softening your heart and clearing the vessel - until all that remains is your radiant inner light and a sense of a ‘newborn’ you!

Jósa Goodlife is a dedicated facilitator of Energy Healing Yoga and Sound and has been a part of BR family since 202. In her sessions, Jósa integrates the principles of trauma-informed yoga, blending slow flow, hatha, yin, and restorative practices to create her unique somatic sequences. Each session is enriched with sound, elemental awareness and meditative inspiration, fostering a space where participants leave feeling lighter, brighter, and deeply connected. For the past four years, Jósa has specialized in her signature Elemental SoundBaths, traveling across North America and returning to her Icelandic roots annually to lead workshops and events. These immersive experiences weave the energies of earth, air, fire, water and ether, guiding participants into profound relaxation and renewal. With her heartfelt approach and deep connection to her instruments, Jósa invites participants to explore their inner landscapes, cultivating presence, serenity, and a renewed sense of purpose in the world.
