Stretch & Savor: A Mother’s Day Experience 🌿✨
Celebrate Mom with a beautifully curated experience designed to relax, restore, and indulge the senses. Stretch & Savor is a thoughtfully layered journey that blends wellness, creativity, and culinary inspiration—creating the perfect way to honor and rejuvenate.
We begin the day with a gentle, guided flow mini yoga session to center the body and mind, setting a calm and grounding tone. Bring your own Yoga Matt
From there, guests will enjoy a refreshing wellness juice tasting, featuring vibrant blends designed to energize and reset.
A highlight of the experience is the creation of your own mini aromatic eucalyptus shower bouquet—a simple yet luxurious wellness ritual to take home. Guests will learn how to bundle fresh eucalyptus and complementary herbs into a beautiful arrangement designed to hang in the shower.
As steam activates the natural oils, the bouquet releases soothing aromatics that transform your daily routine into a spa-like experience—promoting relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. This personalized element allows you to carry the essence of the day with you long after the event ends.
The experience concludes with an elevated nutritional cooking class and dining experience led by Chef Geronimo. Guests will begin with light and refreshing savory cabbage and shrimp Vietnamese spring rolls, followed by a crisp arugula and dandelion green salad layered with bright, seasonal flavors. The menu continues with a vibrant Green Goddess Soup and a flavorful Sweet-Spiced Moroccan Roasted Chicken, before finishing with nourishing, naturally sweet Power Bites for dessert. Each dish highlights fresh, wholesome ingredients while delivering bold, satisfying flavor—proving that wellness and indulgence can go hand in hand.

Culinary Class Refund Policy:
- All sales are final due to the limited seating in our kitchens, as well as the amount of prep time and food cost associated with each registered student.
- While we don’t offer refunds or credits, you may send someone to attend in your place. We ask that you please email us well in advance so that we can be prepared for any changes to the guest list.
Culinary Class Schedule Changes:
- If the College Cancels a Course a full refund is issued.
- Non-attendance to a Class/Program does not constitute a withdrawal, nor entitle the participant to a refund.
- Please confirm work schedules before registering for classes. Refunds and credits will not be issued due to change of work schedule.
Participants will receive an email detailing information on each class a few days before the start of class.
