This class is an invitation to end the week by coming back into the body through mindful movement, breath, and intentional pauses.
Each Friday Flow is thoughtfully guided to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and connection. Expect a practice that is accessible yet engaging, with space to move, rest, and listen inward. No two classes are the same, but the intention remains consistent: to create a space where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience, background, or ability to pay.
