🌿 Movement
We'll begin with a gentle, intuitive Hatha practice that invites your body to soften and unfold at its own pace. There's no pressure to perform or achieve - simply allow yourself to move in a way that feels right for you. As tension releases and energy flows, your entire system begins to recalibrate from the outside in.
🎵 Sound
As we transition into stillness, you'll be bathed in immersive frequencies and resonant tones carefully selected to guide your energetic being back to its natural state of equilibrium. This is your time to rest deeply, receive, and allow the vibrations to do their work.
All levels welcome - whether you're new to movement and sound healing or have an established practice, this workshop offers a sacred space to pause, reset, and return to yourself.
