About this Event
******* REGISTER BY NOVEMBER 3RD! *******
When water systems fail, due to weather, infrastructure, or unexpected shutdowns—prepared households can make all the difference. Join neighbors, organizers, and local experts for a hands-on workshop designed to help Germantown residents turn water urgency into community resilience.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How to safely store and treat water at home
- Low-cost tools and strategies for emergency readiness
- Mutual aid practices that strengthen neighborhood response
- Building your own household water kit with shared resources
This workshop is free and open to all Germantown residents. Whether you’re just getting started or already prepping, come contribute, learn, and connect. Let’s build a water-ready Germantown together!
Registration is required to attend:
- Spots are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.
- Pre-register here on EventBrite first.
- Free supplies will be available
- Look out for a follow-up email soon so we know what supplies would be most useful to you and can have enough available! Your reply to that follow-up email will confirm your registration.
