As the genocide in Gaza continues and Palestinians face starvation, siege, and the denial of basic human rights, we gather in collective grief, action, and deep solidarity.
Flow for Freedom is a 2.5-hour fundraising workshop inviting you to connect through body, breath, and presence — in support of urgent grassroots aid in Palestine. This is not a retreat — it’s a space to process, to feel, to move, and to take aligned action.
What to Expect:A guided journey of five interwoven practices:
🔹 Opening & Grounding (10 mins)Land in presence. Honour the purpose of this gathering. Set shared intentions with breath and silence.
🔹 Breathwork (30 mins)Traditional Pranayama (engaging with breath) led by Nats, rooted in South Asian ancestral practice. This is an accessible invitation to prepare the mind and body for a deeper meditative rest, through releasing stagnant energy and refuelling with more oxygen.
🔹 Movement Journey (60 mins)Guided by Pam and Fatima, this blend of yoga, intuitive movement, and conscious dance invites emotional release and embodied expression.
🔹 Sound Healing & Guided Rest (35 mins)A deeply restorative space co-led by Pam and Fatima, combining body-based relaxation, meditative awareness, and sound healing to soothe the nervous system and integrate the journey.
🔹 Closing Reflections (15 mins)A gentle return. Space for silence, journaling, or verbal sharing. An invitation to connect and commit to collective care.

Pam, Nats & Fatima are experienced facilitators rooted in yoga, breathwork, movement, sound healing, and trauma-informed practice. United by diasporic heritage and a shared commitment to justice, they hold this space with deep care and embodied integrity.
