Flow Festival is the leading music and arts boutique festival in Europe. Only a short walk away from the centre of Finland's capital Helsinki, the festival takes place at the historic former power plant area. The age limit is 18 years. On Sunday from 1pm to 5pm, adults who have bought a Flow ticket – which includes Sunday – can bring along children up to the age of 12.
