Join us for an evening of movement, music, and deep connection—a space to come home to yourself, your body, and the collective energy of women moving freely together.

This is the first in a new series of women’s ecstatic dance gatherings in Berlin, creating a space by women, for women. While Berlin has a thriving ecstatic dance scene, spaces specifically for women remain rare. Flow Dance was created to offer a space where we can move, express, and connect freely, outside of external expectations.

Guided by ecstatic dance principles, this is a judgment-free space where movement is intuitive, expressive, and uninhibited. There are no steps to follow—just you, your body, and the rhythm. Whether you're new to ecstatic dance or already love it, you’re welcome here.

Held in the beautiful Genezareth Kirche, we gather to celebrate the body, the earth, and intuition—the wisdom often left out in a world that values logic over instinct. Movement is our way back home.

Lilly – Opening & Integration
Founder of Flow Dance, Lilly will guide the opening and closing circles, creating space for reflection and connection.

Sara Musso – Embodied Flow
Sara will lead us into a soft arrival and grounding—in the space, in ourselves, and in connection with one another. Together, we will set an intention for the journey before easing into movement. Through visualisation, somatic movement, breath, stretching, and shaking, we will gently come back home to our bodies. This is a space to listen to your body’s wisdom and allow it to take the lead, free from expectation.

Alma ∞ Omega – Dance Journey
Alma ∞ Omega will be crafting a sensual, colourful, and playfully deep set—one designed to quench thirsty hips, challenge twerking glutes, and enliven the femme-flavored heart. Her music gives permission for the whole spectrum of life to be expressed through movement, honouring all of its rhythms.

With over two decades of DJing experience, Alma weaves beats from across time and space, creating her signature style: Womb-Tech. This is music that brings us back to the roots of the Kosmic Womb and the sacred soils of the Earth—the place we all come from, and to which we will return. In the meantime, we dance.

Sarah (Supersonic.healing) – Sound Healing
Through the use of Tibetan singing bowls and other calming instruments, Sarah creates a soundscape that facilitates profound healing. The sound vibrations work to open, clear, and balance your chakras, helping to release stagnant energy and renew your sense of peace and presence. As the dance journey comes to a close, these frequencies will guide you into a state of deep integration, allowing the movement to settle into the body and spirit.

No dance experience needed—just a willingness to move. This is a space for free expression, where there are no steps to follow, only your own rhythm to discover.
