FLOW & GROW: Wellbeing & Fitness Community Event [PARK EDITION & COFFEE SOCIAL]

We are excited to invite you to the FLOW + GROW PARK EDITION x COFFEE SOCIAL.
Our mission is to build a community of like-minded people who share the love of wellbeing, fitness and music
ITINERARY
Please bring a MAT and suitable clothing as we will be in the park.

1. We will start the event by creating space in the body through a Yoga class
2. Then create space in the mind through a Guided Meditation
3. Finally, we will end the session standing building confidence in your power with a Bodyweight Strength Class

Finishing up with a COFFEE and some time to get to know your fellow Flow & Grow family.
