Give your body the reset it deserves with 45 minutes of Yogalates followed by the freshest flavors in town. We’ll spend some time building heat, core strength, and flexibility on the mat, then head straight to the bar for a post-flow smoothie GLOW.

Meet your instructor Lindsey
My Yoga journey began in 2005 when I took my first yoga class and knew that this was made for me. I received certification training through YogaFit. Teaching yoga for the past 16 years has been such a blessing. I live in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with my husband and three amazing children. I truly feel that if we breathe and move with intention of our highest good we can make the changes in our own life, and in the world that we need. My Journey honors your Journey. Namaste’
