flow a series created by three women set to empower and bring together other women

join us for a deeply restorative yoga and sound bath series for all levels of movers (prenatal safe) that incorporates movement, breathwork, and music

after class linger with us, celebrate yourself (with friends, yes bring them even if they're not a mommy), and be nourishment by Roots For Soul


10am | yoga (prenatal safe)

10:45am | sound bath

11am | hang out


BYOM, bring your own mat—and water—but not the kiddos, please.

the women of flow:

taylor stainbrook

taylor is a mom and certified full-spectrum doula committed to the physical and emotional support of families through their transitions from conception through childbirth to parenthood, fostering birth environments that contribute to experiences remembered with satisfaction and fulfillment.

tori keyes

tori is a postpartum coach and mother. her journey through early motherhood inspired her to become a guiding light for new moms. with personalized strategies and heartfelt support, she helps women navigate the joys and challenges of the postpartum period. tori’s mission is to empower mothers to prioritize self-care and embrace the beauty of motherhood, one step at a time.

nina kolar

nina is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who's been teaching movement in the twin cities for over a decade. with an athlete and musician background, nina blends elements of movement and sound to create a dreamy and mindful experience. she currently runs a virtual yoga studio as well as a retreat company that blends elements of yoga, meditation, guided hiking, and live music. the movement she intends to carry out for this series will be prenatal safe with pelvic floor strengthening incorporated.

a black woman-owned catering company founded by helen pang and based in minneapolis, minnesota that uses clean cooking techniques to create meals that provide complete nourishment and taste great.
