About this Event
It gets better every year. This year we are adding:
- Better layout. All vendors are in a common corridor, and lunch has been moved from the middle of the expo to be at the end opposite of the entry ensuring all vendors are guaranteed good traffic.
- No upcharge for power circuits. All booths will have 120v power, and we have 208v power available in five designated booths.
- More variety in booth sizes.
- No upcharge for additional people manning your booth.
- All Vendors will have their logo displayed on the Jumbotron for 2 minutes.

Marketing
- Dedicated LinkedIn post by the ISA Tampa Bay Section page highlighting each vendor that submits four-lines and a link to their page by April 1st.
- Attendee Lead Retrieval via on badge QR codes will be available directly from our app developer Bravura.- ~$300 for 2 users
- In App Header of your company
Raffle
- The raffle has been a big hit, and we are continuing it. Winners must be present and will pick up the prize at the raffle to help with logistics.
Ice Breaker Scavenger Hunt to Earn Raffle Tickets
- Vendors can submit an Ice Breaker question to have attendees ask when they come to their booth. Attendees will receive extra raffle tickets based on the number of vendors that have signed off that the attendee stopped by the booth and asked the question

- Breakfast - Donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee will be provided in the morning for all.
- Lunch - A boxed lunch and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided for all.
- There will be a cash bar in the afternoon.

- Free for all to attend.
- Would you like to present? Submit your abstract! All presentations will be 40 minutes with 10 minutes for Q&A. All presentations need to be vendor agnostic. Please send the following to Mike Stoup [email protected] by 2/28/26. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
